No. The Society is a self determined membership body of S'Klallam people, distinct from the Indian Act band council. It is grounded in our own laws, our Douglas Treaty, and the direction of our members.

Yes. The Society is not an Indian Act band council, and its membership terms are set by our membership. You can hold this membership while remaining registered with the Sc'ianew (Beecher Bay) First Nation, or any other band.

No. We are a not for profit and the platform is free. We do not sell or monetize any data, and we sustain the platform and society through volunteer time and grants.
